I love the Alresford shop. I've made several purchases for my new home and get lovely comments from visitors and of course I'm over the moon with everything I buy. The staff are also friendly and helpful

The staff in the shop are wonderful but I had a terrible experience ordering online. Faulty products which were incorrectly blamed on me. Terrible customer service and a drawn out process to refund. Will never order online again and strongly recommend against doing so.
