I booked three nights at this Hotel. I needed to stay somewhere as I work at nhs on calls. However my job was cancelled and rebooked for other dates - other 4 nights.I tried to cancel the first three nights- I received a Cancellation Number and a Confirmation Number. WORST HOTEL EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Hairs all on loo, sink and bath as well as brown dirty scummy marks. Bed had brown marks on even peoples old milkshakes left in the room… dust and dirt throughout whole room. We also asked for a cot for our daughter and they don’t provide sheets for cot so they expect a mattress... read full comment
