This chemist is really bad. They have no customer service skills. I had medication missing and they tried to tell me ld been given it. The way they spoke to me was horrific. never got the tablets doctor sent over not helpfull sometimes quite rude wont answer the phones when you ring just dont know whats gone wrong since taken over was a good chemist before

Very poor staffing levels. Queued for 50 minutes for prescription which is sometimes not been dispensed after 4 days. They rarely answer the phone due to staffing levels.
