Just been in to this awful awful chemist.Was stood waiting for at least 10 mins with no acknowledgement from staff coming to see me, an old bloke grey hair and glasses was talking to an other customer about hearing aids. Extremely poor service, they never answer phone, always items missing, have to go so many times back and forth to get items, they say sorry out of stock, we get the same every month can it not be ordered ready, they don't care about customers that's very clear

Never answer the phone, and leaving my mum without prescription (morphine for pain) over 4 days now without and when I do manage to get through they say it will be delivered that day and then once again nothing arrives, just rubbish service in this place gone down hill for years now.
