Postman left a note on 2 consequetive days in my box without attempting to ring for access!! On both days there was someone in the house - not good and now I see that there is very limited opening hours for collection according to the website. What are the correct opening times?

I am disabled to a certain extent and cannot walk without aids with difficulty. I have difficulty walking up my long drive to retrieve my post from my box beyond a electric gate.
