It was my nephews birthday so there was about nine of us. They pushed tables together, great! Food was, well…let’s say you get what you payed for, not great but not bad. My real issue is the staff, complete unwillingness to help or go out of their way apart from one girl who I gladly gave my £20 tip to.

I'd definitely stay here again. Great room rates, very nice, friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice decor. Hair dryer and iron in the room along with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. What a nice place to eat and have a quiet pint we didn't stay overnight but it looked comfortable nice outdoor are in a quite location. Food was above average spoons and the beer looked good but being 10am and driving I had to decline unfortunately
The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee.
