Yet again cannot get order right ????. Asked for while hot chocolate and received some kind of crap coffee drink!!!!!!

Last visit 10 people waiting for drinks although at least 5 staff. Today very quiet 4 staff, 3 chatting, one made their own coffee whilst i was still waiting for mine. Lovely staff, bad organisation.

Exactly the calm and relaxing time that I needed before a busy day of travel and meetings. Excellent service from Miya, who was welcoming, friendly and helpful.
