Staff are incredibly rude, patronising, and uncaring. They would prefer to shout over you, rather than calmly explain an issue; even when they're clearly in the wrong.They've earned their bad reputation in the local area, avoid this pharmacy. Go to boots.

As an expatriate I have struggled to find a good pharmacy where the staff are kind. The staff in this pharmacy are sweet as pie and so so helpful. I needed help getting my blood pressure done and they did it for me at no cost. Thank you ❤️

Ignorant staff that blatantly lie to you, having to visit 3 times for the same medication. Rowlands needs to have a clear out here because the attitude starts with management and works its way down. The arrogance is annoying! The bad reputation this place has on Marsh Green is rife, even at the local doctors! ?
