We stayed at the Wigan (M6, J25) hotel from Friday, 4th October to Sunday, 6th October 2024. We had booked 3 rooms (Nos. 6, 8, and 10). The staff were all welcoming, but the rooms were not clean. I accidentally booked a single room instead of a twin but even though this was my fault a fantastic gentleman named Will helped sort us all out and went above and beyond. Thank you Will !!

What a find this was. Booked a self catering apartment but neighbour was abusive and we decided to leave. Driving around wondering where to stay then along came Will at Premier Inn to save the day. He organised 2 rooms and helped us through the booking system. Huge thanks Will, much appreciated
