I have been Natwest since I was a kid and I am really thinking of leaving them. They aren't a reliable and friendly service anymore. I thought the woman today couldn't care less and a bit lazy at trying to help. She was a bigger lady probably in her 50's. I have had a scam and nobody at natwest is helping. Trying to contact...

I can't fault Nat West. I've banked with them for 17 years now and they have always been very helpful. I've never had a problem with Customer Service using the telephone banking service either, they have always been helpful and friendly. Happy to stay with them unless I'm given a reason not to.
