Very disappointing visit today. Nuggets were cold, chips were stale and cold, disgusting and barely edible. They missed part of my order. We ordered food for delivery and the idiot staff "forgot" to include the fries. So they take money for a product that they refuse to provide. In other words, STEALING.

I was hassled by a fellow customer this morning in Wigan Town centre McDonalds. The staff just stood there looking, said and did nothing. I walked out in disgust.
