The place was cold, like a refrigerator. The muffin was so small it was ridiculous. Underwhelming and uncomfortabley cold.

Poor customer service. Staff have no urgency to serve customers. Clearing numbers of the screen and then forgetting what orders are to be collected. Staff uniforms always looked dirty and have hair trailing over food areas.

We called today called in today for my grandaughters treat, she had nuggets,chips,choc milkshake,fruit,all good,partner had big mac meal,chips cold,burger cold? Same order so why 1 chips cold one warm?? I ordered the double quarter pounder, no salad,the tiniest slice of dill pickle (see through) you've ever seen, few slithers... read full comment
