I've been to the Post office within this store twice in the last week and feel that the staff need customer service training. My first visit was at the hands of an extremely unhelpful staff members who when asked a question suggested I Google the answer! I only really go to use the post office, but I’m usually served by Madison and she’s very lovely and doesn’t make me feel awkward when i bring like 6 packages haha - all the staff are nice too!

Won’t be using again paid £33.90 for two packs of batteries and two lucosades was going to be 40 odd pound if I got my cigs and to say I always go there and I didn’t get a receipt either I don’t know if that’s right because it would work out at like nearly £29 for 2 packs of 4 AA batteries and £4.90 for two lucozades... read full comment
