Visted the shop today in Wigan and was greeting with a warm welcome by all the staff. Attended Wigan branch and dealt with staff member Fanny. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, went above and beyond to ensure I received my item within a very short time frame and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend both the store and the staff.
