Order food Friday night pizza wasn't cooked it was disgusting first time ordering from here in a very long time and manager was rude to me on phone when I tryed to make my complaint won't ever order from here

Multiple times my pizza has arrived without the double decadence that I've paid £3.50 extra for. I've rang multiple times yet it keeps happening. Pure laziness on their part.
