Went in today to have a look around. Decided to buy hand gel. Upon approaching the till the staff began talking on the headsets including the staff member on the till. Their conversation kept on during the transaction. My change was placed on the side rather than to my hand. However, there the hand gel was a very good price... read full comment

Feels like a very small store. Not easy to find things, despite signage. Several empty shelves. All feels down-market and dull.
