Help with with my ebay parcel even though I did not have a collection code.

Bought a mobile phone for a my 92year old mother in law she could not use it so brought it back next day no refund because seal was broken not by me but the argos colleague in the wigan branch very disappointed and will not be visiting there again and will inform people I know
