£100 still pending on my account for a transaction made on 30/12 that cost £21. Will not make the mistake of using pay at the pump here again. Other supermarkets don't have this issue and calculate the correct value almost immediately after taking the initial £100.

Pay at the pump took £100 even though I put £20 in. Sainsbury's customer service absolutely useless. Beware of paying at the pump here.
