Amazing staff , so helpful and quick , always very patient and welcoming, not only to my self but other customers too, run so much better than with previous management, Naz & Dee are always a pleasure to see and happy to help and always with a smile . Very rude staff especially Naz. No customer service skills, slow service and cannot count money correctly or write post codes down in the correct format. Shouts at customers as they should know where to put the parcels (rude) These people Should not have a job on a post office counter with such terrible unprofessional customer... read full comment
