Stopped for the night on a long drive down the country. Rocked up late and the lady on reception (Charlotte) could not have been more friendly or helpful.
Excellent value for money (£78 family room for me + 2 kids). Plus I paid for breakfast but children eat free!
Hotel is fine rooms are clean and tidy easy access off the M6 plenty of parking. big problem is the restaurant over hour wait for food on more then one occasion not the biggest portions. Went in restaurant only 6 people in was told to come back in hour half time as there to busy . Still had to wait for food ? crazy upside... read full comment
