So the evening meal is a standard premium inn table table. However the breakfast really good but star the whole place is a young server Named Libby an amazing waitress with a friendly yet professional manner if this young lady isn't a manager she should be

The Swinging Bridge is named after a local iron swing bridge, built c1892 and located next to the famous Barton Aqueduct which carries the Bridgewater Canal over the Manchester ship canal - a true industrial wonder from a bygone time! Today, we serve delicious, freshly cooked pub food to a relaxed crowd of locals and regulars. Our first class service and excellent value makes us ideal for family days out, as does our promixity to the Trafford Centre and Legoland - we hope to see you soon!
