Dint know what it is but staff at kfc look and serve like they hate there job. I know it's not the best job but McDonald's stagf seem a lot more friendly.

Ordered and paid for before going to find out their connection to the app was down and the order would not be processed. Then I found out that their till was cash only, so I had to use one of the kiosks. The kiosk had run out of till roll, so I had to remember the number.The staff were good, just all the issues with ordering... read full comment

Using the app, I placed two large orders. A short time and several miles later I realised one of the orders wasn't there. After four days I received a refund. Always check your bag.
