We had booked our COVID jab on line at a Sale pharmacy, but on arrival we were told they had no record of our booking and no spare vaccines. Doctor sent over a prescription for me to collect immediately. I told young lady I was there to collect a prescription, waited 10 mins and nothing after 20 mins by which time I was feeling very unwell, I told them this and they apologised for my wait, it was obvious that I had been forgotten and after knowing I was unwell... read full comment
