Unfortunately, most of the ladies working there are not very pleasant for customers like you did something to them by visiting shop. Especially older blond lady. That's really stopping me from shopping there more often. Sorry, but it's true ?

Really helpful, patient and polite young staff member resolved an issue today in a manner which was very much appreciated. Went out of her way to ensure the online multi-pack saving was honoured in store. Brilliant service and thank you!
