This doesn’t even deserve one star. Staff are so slow it is actually painful. The manager refuses to help clear a queue. I would avoid this post office like the plague. I hope these reviews are monitored by senior hierarchy and action gets taken. It took me 25 minutes to collect a parcel this evening with only 1 person... read full comment

Just 1 person serving, she was doing her best but the queueing time was unacceptable. They need more staff
