Why should you have to pay more to eat a sausage roll sat down? The floor was filthy, so was the table. No napkins. Only about 3 mouthfuls of coffee in the flat white. Come on Greggs, you should be doing better.

Why have to pay extra to have warm food that's ridiculous ??? £0.60 pen's so they can warm my food ???not going any Greggs in future...
