This practice is in every way incompetent and not fit for purpose. I’ve had referrals forgotten about and sent 11 months late. Their system for sending requests is extremely flawed as they seem to often be reviewed by clinicians and there is a clear lack of communication as the information relayed by the reception team... read full comment
