I have got some problems with upgrading and the wrong one was chosen for me. I did go there and a nice and friendly member of staff called Nora did sort it out for me and treated me so nicely and kindly, while I was a bit angry, at least at the beginning.

Very bad service and really bad network every couple weeks network is down midday of work and they don't do anything about it can't wait end my contract with them
