I have been into the Stockport branch of Santander twice recently to ask for advice with my bank accounts. On both occasions I was dealt with by Ryan , he was extremely helpful and understanding . He sorted the problems out quickly and very efficiently. Thank you Ryan

Absolutely awful to deal with.would not let me transfer money, after twice it blocked me so I had to phone. I told them what had happened : Transferring money, “what did I need it for?” Pardon? I told him. Why did the payee want new windows!, It was only £2000! I gave them my dob, name, phone no, they rang me back... read full comment

Terrible bank. Use Hallifax, TSB or any other bank you can. Santander are going bust and their customer service and telephone manner show it!!
