The woman who had the keys to open showed up late, then left a big queue of us standing outside in the rain after eventually showing up, and we got no apology. I can’t fault the service the post office provide but every time I go in this one the ladies behind the counter are miserable and rude. Can’t speak for all of them, just the ones that I have dealt with. Perhaps I’m unlucky

Blonde middle aged woman is obnoxious. I think she should look for a non customer facing role as been rude to me on 2 occasions and I've only been there twice. I bet she's a spinster
