Very helpful with my issue with car tax and missing log book. I was concerned after a really unhelpful web chat with the DVLA. Lady sorted everything with no issues.

Three times I’ve tried to collect a parcel , three times it’s been mega busy and no luck . Not staffs fault at all , clearly post office need to put money into hiring more staff !!
