Absolutely no customer service whatsoever! Also one lady serving exceptionally unhelpful & rude.

Long queue but only one person serving despite 5 members of staff working! Crazy waiting time for some Night Nurse (I wanted Day Nurse but it’s no longer available and I wasn’t offered a non-drowsy liquid alternative). Couldn’t give me anything for a tickly cough.
