The large bald man behind the counter was rude and unprofessional after saying to my wife “that he would definitely remember her for the next time she came in..” this made her feel very uneasy. I am looking to take this further

Would be zero if possible. The incredibly rude guy who works at the counter is in the wrong profession, seeing as he can't string more than a one word sentence together when being asked a query about an over the counter medication. If there was a 0 star option I'd have chosen that.Called there today for a prescription only to be told that there was no pharmacist by the rude unapologetic assistant.If this was a one off I could understand, however, this is the second time that this has happened to me.Worst service of any Pharmacy that I've ever experienced.License... read full comment
