Customer service from one member of staff is left to be desired. There is a tall man that works in this store that is pushy and rude- 3 or 4 times he has icily demanded use of a rewards card and if I don’t have it he pushes for further details until he will allow you to pay. In general very helpful smiley approachable polite staff as I am used to seeing. Quite a big store with a lot of products with good offers.This was however ruined by the presence of a very, very rude female assistant with absolutely no customer service skills at all.
