Booked my car in for a new tyre fitting at 10am, I had a confirmation email saying it would take 1-2 hours. Terrible service and experience at Halfords, Edward Street. Due to Halfords' negligence, what could have been a simple fix now requires a costly replacement of the entire wiper arm, leading to unnecessary expenses and safety concerns. Avoid.

Just writing in to give a mention to the team at your Edward Street Stockport Garage. Try as they might the crocked Alternator in my elderly Jag wouldn’t budge. I was kept fully informed and updated with apologies offered all round. Despite the fact that a part had to be ordered, the Alternator still could not be replaced.... read full comment
