No hot sandwiches as they turned off the grill 70 minutes before closing and were sweeping around your feet.

Some costa’s do filter coffee. Some don’t. Can they all do it or none do it? Filter is my choice usually.

Staff can’t be bothered to make a Frappe at 4pm because they have to “start cleaning the machine an hour before closing” never heard of that before! Please explain why I can’t have a drink at 4pm. I’m not turning up at 5pm when close is 5!!!
