This place is full of liars! They couldn’t find my prescription and blamed the doctors for not sending it. They said it was sent on a “phase 4” order when there is no such thing. All they had to say is they made a mistake. I will never come to this chemist ever again and you should all avoid it too.

Staff are friendly, but it's a dire and depressing place, just trying to serve the local community, but it's shelves are empty, there are bars on the windows and you have to be buzzed in, reminding you of what a depressing place Edgeley can be - but isn't always!

Incompetent employees. Just rang for an emergency medication supply. Told over the phone to come over as medication is available. When I arrived I was told that medication cannot be issued as my medical practice is still open and I could get a prescription. That was 20 minutes until their closure time.
