I had an excellent customer services experience by the employees that were at the click and collect point. They found and delivered quickly my order. Sarah went the extra mile for me as se offered me help to carry the office desk when she realized that it was heavy for me, and she further helped me to fit it in my car.... read full comment

I went in to return a tv that was obviously faulty (ie dreaded lines down the screen) the manager expected me to go without a tv for week's we phoned customer service while I was there they confirmed he was handling the situation terribly and got a new one sent out to us 3-5days
