Prescription for routine medication sent direct from doctor 7 days ago, and no text to say it's ready yet (which is the way they notify me). No answer to telephone call.

To reduce the time you have to spend waiting for your prescription, we’ve redesigned our dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures. These changes also mean our pharmacists have more time to answer questions and offer support and advice, saving you a trip to the doctor.
