Excellent service from young man called Richard took my watch which had been in its box for a couple of years.Had life time guarantee battery put in and extra link inserted cost £35 really pleased feel like I’ve got a new watch.Would definitely use again.

The man at shop is a liar. Took my watch to get battery changed, paid 25 pounds which I don't mind but guess what after 2 days the watch front had moisture all-over. Took it back and he said I have to take it to company to reseal watch as its not his responsibility.

I went in needing my zipper fixed initially I was apprehensive thinking it wasn’t fixable. In the shop I was told it would have to be sent off to be fixed however the sound guy behind the counter was able to sort it there and then free of charge
