Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Manchester and especially the AO arena. Lovely clean modern rooms and food is fantastic. Friendly helpful staff that couldn’t do enough for you.

Bar staff are rude cold and dismissive. No service with a smile and don’t even acknowledge you when you approach to order. Serve other customers who clearly got there after you, first. I wonder why?
