Checked in and went to my room. It didn’t feel clean and then I used the bathroom and found a pair of men’s knickers behind the door and poop stains on the toilet cover. It took an hour to change my room and nothing was done to compensate me or make my stay better. They moved me to a floor where the carpets were dirty... read full comment
