This place has gone SO down hill in the last 12 months. Presuming new management.Staff are rude and waiting times are shocking.They never have anything in stock. I’ve now requested my prescriptions to go to an alternative pharmacy.

I have been ringing since 3pm today I have been waiting up to 15mins each time eventually giving up. It’s not only today it happens each time I ring Absolutley useless Although I must say Andrew. Chloe & Brian the delivery guy are top notch

Shocking, I couldn't get through on the phone. I was in a queue for over 2 hours. Finally, I got someone to answer. The prescription I ordered a week earlier was still not ready. They informed me they were still awaiting items to come into stock.
