After COVID it's just gone down hill, never opens on time, opens and closes as you please, some things are always broken, today front door broken, last time I visited there was no counter service due to a machine failure. Just close the bank and stop wasting peoples time.

Standing outside this bank. 9am opening time but it's still closed, and it's 9.15 now. Give jobs to people who can actually wake up and get to work on time! Shocking service Halifax! Eventually opened at 9.25am with both pakistani girls showing attitude.....

An absolute joke. I’ve been last week to deposit my money into my account and I was told the machine is down and they’re waiting on someone to fix it. Same again today. Complete waste of my time.
