The store is good with one major exception - the management and systems of the car park. I am old and disabled, went to Sainsbury's in Sale on 9 the Jan intentionally to use their mobility scooter to help with my shopping. Unfortunately it was taken by another customer. Essentials out of stock at times but generally well managed.
