The customer service at this arcade is utter rubbish,TODAY 31st July 2018 i called in asking to use their toilet with having being on water tablets, i asked the young girl staff member if i spent £5 playing a machine could i use the toilet facility, she said yes, after spending my money a young male member of staff came... read full comment
