Staff are great and but the changing rooms are absolutely disgusting and remained disgusting even after they had a revamp

Unfortunately the wrong item arrived, however the right item finally arrived, customer service tried there best, but it was long winded as it was chat, i’m 64 yes older and found switching between apps, email & their site very long tiresome!
