Got charged 20% more using a trade account than I would have been as a retail customer

I have been using this store for several years and generally have had good experiences although the staff do seem to frequently change.However, on my recent visit I gave up as I could not get served at all and abandoned my intended purchase and am now looking for an alternative supplier.
