I visit this store every morning. I look forward to my visit as the staff especially Jarrod and Jennifer are very welcoming and chatty. I’m a bit surprised by others negative comments. I was really disappointed with my visit. The place smells bad, which made it hard to enjoy my time there. On top of that, the staff doesn’t seem to know the difference between a cappuccino and a flat white, which was frustrating. I expected better.

Decent seating. Costa coffee is pretty good but not quite as good as Cafe Nero. Costa branches are usually a better place to meet friends.
