The older woman that works in the post office with the dark short bobbed hair, has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time, if not ever. Had me waiting 5 mins while she was talking to someone about her life. Then had the audacity to say that I was cheeky, to ask for assistance for a 2 minute parcel Job.

Received a letter from British gas to be redeemed at a POST OFFICE for cash .or card /key.this post office wouldn't do mine but yet they have done others complaint going to royal mail and British gas.

posted 2nd class recorded parcels and been 5 working days still no sign of it delivered i think the old lady at post office works too slow i should have seen the reviews before i went shame its still opened
